Group great short stopover choice
The whole experience was decent, the subway access was really close, it made hopping around the area super easy. Got to appreciate the robot service in the basement restaurant, never seen that before, felt futuristic!
This place wasn't exactly a bargain for what we paid, but honestly, it wasn't too bad.

The breakfast is good, includes plenty of meals. The rooms are new-fashioned and cheap with the bathroom and green tea provided daily and see-through glass. It's close to a metro station, we could easily travel around.

The location was good and I could use public parking nearby. The check in was early, the room was cheap and compact with all the amenities, see-through glass, for instance...

The hotel's location is fantastic, being just a one-minute walk from Kayabacho station. I found it easy to explore nearby attractions, with Nihonbashi and the famous Fish Market only a short stroll away. The room was clean and larger than expected.

There is a cigarette smell in the lobby as it's allowed to smoke there. In the non smoking room it was fine.

Great location, clean hotel, complete facilities in room
Big dissapointment: the smell of cigarette smoke came through the walls and from everywhere.

We enjoyed being close to Ginza, with its fabulous shops and eateries. The staff helped us arrange a taxi, great for our large group. We even managed to explore some cool local restaurants within walking distance.
My wife says that the laundry room had a smoke smell.

Hotel is right next to a subway station exit and convenience store. Staff is friendly, very helpful and professional. Room, although small (common in Japan), is very comfortable.
Funky smell when first checked in. Cleared out after I turned on the AC and the air purifier.

Close to a Subway Station and also to a jr train station.
The breakfast is only japanese, the room is sooooo small and the smell in the smoking floor is unbearable.
